TENERIFE, MARINA SAN MIGUEL

We left Playa de Santiago on La Gomera at around 8 am and were docked at Marina San Miguel/Amarilla marina 11 hours later, just before sunset. We walked to town, a bit disappointed with the shops and cafés we passed and one major wish amongst the three of us was "imagine if there was an English bar here where we could get some Fish & Chips". We rounded a corner and our dream miraculously came true. There is was. The Wild Geese, an Irish bar, more than good enough! We spent the night eating Fish & Chips, drinking beer and cocktails and enjoying life and live music (see video below).

The next day we had problems with a rope stuck in the propeller and were lucky to have a young Frenchman volunteer to help dive down and release the culprit. After that done we headed further east, our destination being Puerto Mogán on Gran Canaria.
