GRAN CANARIAAfter only a night at Marina San Miguel/Amarilla marina in Tenerife we arrived at Puerto Mogán in Gran Canaria a little after sunset. We spent two lovely days here enjoying the colourful marina with it´s restaurants, shops, beach and too many tourists. On our last day we painted a greeting on the wall with the Norwegian flag, our names and S/Y Tealie. We then accompanied Eli to the bus to Las Palmas so she could catch the ferry to Tenerife and fly back home to Norway. Thank you Eli for ten wonderful days together 🙏 We also left Mogán heading SE, and about four hours later we were settled in Puerto Deportivo Pasito Blanco, on the southern tip of Gran Canaria. The next day we rented a car and drove around to get to know the island. Siri & Trond were arriving in Las Palmas so we arranged to meet them at a beach bar close to the boat. Or so we said. They would have to take a bus from the airport in Las Palmas all the way south to Pasito Blanco and we couldn´t let them do that. They were pleasantly surprised to see us waiting for them outside the terminal. We drove back to the Pasito Blanco Marina and while the boys went to the Yacht Club for some drinks Siri and Heidi were in charge of dinner. They went to the store and bought pizza and beer. Simple!
